Some basic information: 1. In
order to make a reservation for
Sunset Happy Hour you must: either have a minimum of 6 persons,
confirmed for sure; or to be included in another existing group. 2.
Reservation
will be confirmed for the first group presenting 6 or more people. 3.
Newcomers
(usually airline crew) can be included in this first group until a limit of about
20 persons. 4.
If for
some reason you want exclusivity for your group, you must confirm reservation
for a minimum of 15 persons or equivalent payment. 5.
If
you want a special program (different route, catering or timing) you must
have exclusivity (see item 4 above). In this case different rates may apply,
depending on the program. Please keep me informed about newcomers and I
will do the same. Please send
me your mobile phone number (WhatsApp) for
faster last minute communication. Also
please, ask your colleagues to respect their reservation and to do not change
their minds at the last time. |
